We’re expanding and looking for a licensed Denturist who values precision, patient relationships, and continuous improvement to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and oral examinations, prioritizing education and understanding
• Design, fit, and deliver full and partial dentures, including implant-supported prosthetics
• Handle immediate dentures, temporary liners, adjustments, relines, and repairs
• Provide follow-up care and ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and function
• Collaborate closely with our in-house lab technician and dental partners
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Alberta Denturist regulations
• Participate in clinic growth, patient education initiatives, and community outreach

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Denturist in good standing with the College of Alberta Denturists
• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred (new grads with strong practical skills welcome)
• A compassionate communicator with a patient-first mindset
• Comfortable with both traditional and digital denture systems
• Strong aesthetic judgment and commitment to premium-quality outcomes
• Team-oriented, open to feedback, and eager to learn and grow with us

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate full and partial dentures, with an emphasis on premium precision-fit prosthetics
• Support the Denturist for immediate dentures, relines, temporary liners, and repairs
• Operate and maintain lab equipment
• Collaborate closely with the denturist and clinical team to ensure high-quality outcomes and seamless patient experiences
• Collaborate closely with our in-house lab technician and dental partners
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail in materials handling, esthetics, bite accuracy, and finish
• Implement and uphold proper sterilization, hygiene, and lab safety protocols
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with evolving denture fabrication methods

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a dental lab technician (denture-focused) Preferable
• Strong working knowledge of full and partial denture fabrication
• Experience with (or openness to learn) CAD/CAM software, 3D printing, or digital denture workflows in the future
• High attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to aesthetic excellence
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
